What about HOAs, who helps me get their approval?
We will provide you with all the documentation and assistance you will need for the HOA, but the homeowner has to go to the meeting to get approval.

We also illustrate the window layout and provide all product approvals required for submission. If you already have an Arc/Eng/GC, we will gladly work with them to get them everything they need for submission.

Do you guys pay the permit fees/Are the permit fees included with the cost?
We have the permit filing and submittal costs included in our installation price. The actual cost of the permit from the city is the client's responsibility
Does STS help with the permits/Do you pull the permit?
We have an in-house permitting department. We do not contract out to another company. We have a licensed GC that's worked in the area for 20 years. Our permit department understands what each city requires to get a permit approved. We prepare and file each permit in accordance with the city and state requirements.
