I recently contracted STS to replace my old French style windows with impact windows, and I have to say the final product exceeded my expectations! A huge shout-out to Brett, who was my contact person throughout the process. From our first meeting, Brett made the install seamless . He took the time to really listen to my concerns and answered all my questions with patience. I went with impact windows due to hurricanes, and Brett explained how they would not only keep my home safe during storms but also help with energy efficiency. It was clear he genuinely cared about helping me make the best decision for my mother’s home. The install day was smooth. Brett and his team arrived on time, and were in and before my mom even return from work. They covered everything to prevent any damage and cleaned up thoroughly once the job was done. One of their apprentices even walked my dog cause i was at work lol Now that the windows are in, I can already tell a difference. My home feels more insulted and the outside noise has decreased significantly. I can’t recommend STS enough.
